Answers about plans, credits, billing, and support
Do monthly subscription credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits refresh every billing cycle and unused credits expire at the end of each cycle. They do not carry over. If you prefer credits that never expire, choose a one-time credit pack.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription benefits and remaining subscription credits stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which they expire. Credits from one-time credit packs are not affected and remain usable permanently.
What is the difference between one-time purchase credits and subscription credits?
One-time purchase credits are permanently valid and will remain in your account until you use them up. Subscription credits are valid for 30 days. If your subscription credits are not used up when they expire, the system will automatically clear them, then perform a renewal operation. After successful renewal, credits for the next subscription cycle will be issued.
How to cancel subscription?
On our website, hover your mouse over your avatar, and a list will appear. Select and click the cancel subscription button in the list.
What if I run out of credits?
For one-time purchase credits, you can buy them at any time. For subscription credits, if your subscription credits are used up before the next renewal, since we do not support changing subscription plans when there is already a renewal plan, you can choose to wait for the next renewal to complete and credits to be issued, or purchase one-time credits to use.
